Points of Entry (POE) Ports – Northern Ireland
Following the UK’s exit from the European Union (Brexit), new border inspection facilities became essential for managing goods moving from Great Britain to Northern Ireland. These sites where at Northern Irelands Main Ports Belfast, Larne and Warrenpoint. These sites required specialised infrastructure capable of handling a wide range of vehicle types and inspection processes. BL Shutters and Doors were appointed to supply and install a fully integrated package of door and loading bay systems across multiple POE sites.
Key Outcomes
- All three sites in Belfast, Larne, and Warrenpoint are now fully operational, delivering safe, efficient, and compliant inspection processes.
